How do I register?

Go to the registration page and follow the steps.

 

What do I need for registration?

First and last name, date of birth, and subscriber/Medicaid ID.

 

How do I verify my identity?

There are four ways to verify your identity: 

  1. If the email address you entered matches the email address the Health Plan has on file for you, you can verify your identity with a link sent to you via email.
  2. You can also verify your identity by providing the last four numbers of your Social Security Number. 
  3. If you have a cell phone number in your Health Plan file, we can send you a text message with a personal identification number (PIN) code.
  4. You can also have a personal identification number (PIN) sent to you through the mail and log in once received.

 

PIN expired?

A new one will be mailed automatically.

 

How do I create a username/password?

You’ll be prompted after entering your info.

  • Usernames must be unique, between three and 20 characters, and contain any combination of letters and numbers. It cannot contain any symbols.
  • Passwords must be seven characters or more and contain at least two numbers or symbols (!@#$%^&*). Your password cannot contain your username or spaces and it cannot match any of your three previous passwords.
